What exactly am I buying?

Lifetime access to a browser-based case-tracking tool for one recovery category (Florida surplus, Ohio surplus, Nevada surplus, or Bankruptcy unclaimed funds). It includes a case database with a fee calculator, a document checklist tracker, a follow-up calendar and progress log, and ready-to-use outreach scripts.

Why not just use a full CRM instead?

Because most CRMs weren't built for this work. You'd be paying $200–300 a month for pipeline stages and sales-team features you'll never touch, just to get basic case tracking. Golden Horizon Recovery Tools is the middle ground: built specifically for surplus and unclaimed funds recovery — case tracking, deadlines, fee calculations, and outreach scripts, with none of the bloat — for a $47 one-time payment instead of a monthly bill.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each tracker is a single one-time $47 payment. There's no recurring billing, and your access doesn't expire.

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final. Because access is granted instantly and the product is fully digital, we don't offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If something isn't working as expected, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

How is my data kept private?

Every case, note, and document you enter is stored under your own account and is only ever visible to you. Access is enforced at the database level, not just in the app — one customer's data is never reachable by another, even in the event of an app-level bug.

Who processes payment, and is it safe?

Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your card number — Stripe processes the transaction and confirms it to us directly.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Log in from any computer with an internet connection to pick up where you left off.

Can I buy more than one tracker?

Yes. Each tracker is sold separately so you only pay for the states or case types you actually work. All trackers you own appear together in your dashboard under one login.

Who built this?

Golden Horizon Recovery Tools is built and maintained by Golden Horizon Asset Recovery, an active surplus and unclaimed funds recovery firm. These are the same tracking systems used for our own casework, packaged for other recovery professionals.
